How the sites work, what they cost, what to send, and how they fit into a custom home build, wherever you're based.
The basics.
A website for a single luxury custom home, built from your renders, plans and selections. Your client can tour each room, see the vision board, and follow the timeline and payment schedule, all from one link instead of a folder of PDFs and render files.
Yes. Every project is handled remotely, from the first call to delivery, so it doesn't matter where you or your client are based. All that's needed is your files and one conversation.
Not at the moment. Each site is built from renders you already have, whether they come from your architect, your interior designer or a rendering studio. If you're unsure whether what you have is enough, send it over and we'll let you know what works.
There are three tiers, each a one-time fee per project: Essential at $1,800, Signature at $3,200 and Estate at $5,000. Extra featured spaces can be added to Essential or Signature for $250 each.
Sites are ready for your review within [2] to [4] weeks of receiving your files, depending on the tier. After one round of changes, it's yours to share.
Yes. Every site is designed for phone, tablet and desktop, since clients often open it on their phone to show family and friends.
Using an interactive project site through a custom build, for pre-construction marketing, and after handover.
Yes. A site can go out with your proposal, so a prospective client sees the home room by room, with what comes standard and how the build would unfold, rather than a PDF alone. Once the contract is signed, the same site carries on through the build.
A custom build runs for many months, and your client is making large decisions from drawings. The site gives them one place to see the home room by room, check what comes standard, and follow each stage of construction and each payment milestone. It means fewer attachments to send and fewer things to explain twice.
Included in Estate, it lets your client walk through the home in 3D before it’s built, room by room at their own pace, or pull back to see the whole plan as a dollhouse. It’s built from the 3D model of the home your architect or designer already has.
3D scan tours capture homes that already exist. An interactive project site, including the 3D walkthrough in Estate, is made for new construction: it's built from renders and plans before the home is finished, and it carries the parts a scan can't, like the vision board, the build timeline and what comes standard.
Floor plans, your renders, the finish schedule or selections, your interior designer's Pinterest board if there is one, the payment milestones and target dates, team contacts and your logo. Signature and Estate also use a site plan and any exterior or aerial renders, and Estate’s 3D walkthrough uses the 3D model of the home from your architect or designer.
Each stage of the build shows its payment, tied to the milestone that releases it, with a target date. Amounts can be shown as a share of the contract price or left off entirely.
Yes. Your name, logo and contact details lead every page. There's a small credit in the footer, and nothing else.
Essential covers the core: the tour, vision board, timeline and team. Signature adds the interactive floor plan, the setting and what comes standard, which helps when clients find plans hard to read. Estate covers the whole home and adds the finish selector and an interactive 3D walkthrough, and suits flagship homes.
Send a short note about it and we'll suggest the tier that fits, or book a call to talk it through.
